Welcome to Physical Therapy 180˚ in Boise Idaho. We are glad you found your way to our new website. PT180˚ is all about turning your health around – 180 degrees around!

We want to let you know right now that we are not your typical physical therapy clinic. We believe it takes the full, one-on-one attention of a highly-skilled, professionally-trained physical therapist to correctly diagnose and then treat your injury. That’s why during every session you have with us you will enjoy the undivided attention of one of our therapists in a private, peaceful environment. It makes a big difference – but you don’t have to believe us. Read what our patients have to say!

If you suffer from chronic pain that has led you through a series of doctors, chiropractors, and even alternative healers, we invite you to try us and discover the healing road you’ve been looking for. We love helping people – and we’d love to have the chance to help you!

Our Approach to Healing

Treatment at our office begins with a thorough initial evaluation, which looks at not only the injury site but also problem-solves to determine the cause of the incident. We often find that some other problem area has created the vulnerability which lead to the current incident. By assessing other joints and movement patterns we are able to identify areas which have made you vulnerable.

We then treat the injury with individualized, necessary manual therapy (joint and soft tissue mobilization), home exercises (flexibility, strengthening, pain modulation or core stabilization), or posture education as needed. We continue treatment until maximum benefits have been met. Our goal is for each patient to reach a pain-free state. We are available for tune-ups if a re-injury should occur.

The only modalities we employ are the Infrared Laser, the Saunder’s Neck Traction Unit, and Electrical Stimulation. They may be used as adjunct therapy but you are never left unattended. We never bill for ice or heat treatments.

Our primary referral source has always been word of mouth. We have many physicians who have referred patients or have actually been patients themselves, but the majority of our patients are referred by family, friends or neighbors as they hear about the results. Physicians don’t always understand the variety of treatments available, and don’t always refer to physical therapy as it is not in their tool box of techniques.
