Our Patients

We see patients from toddlers to 100 years old.  (We’d make an exception if you were older) If you are cooperative and desire to get better, then you are welcome.

Pricing

We offer a 30% discount and affordable payment arrangements for our non-insured patients. Our patients’ well-being, physically and mentally is the most important aspect to achieving wellness.

We are contracted providers with the following insurance companies:

We also provide services for worker’s compensation* and motor vehicle accidents*. All insurances that display a * require a physician’s referral and some may require insurance pre-authorization.

We offer reduced rates for patients that do not utilize our billing department to submit insurance billing. Patients that have large deductibles, no insurance or have an insurance, with which we are not contracted, may chose to submit their own claims to obtain a 30% discount.

If you are in a room with another patient for core stabilization or stretch and tone training, we give a 50% reduction in the service. We don’t feel you should be paying full price if you are not receiving the therapist’s full attention.
